Withdrawing Your Registration!

Rotary Hockey understands that circumstances will arise where you will be unable to participate in our program after you have already registered. To ensure that only valid registrations are refunded, we do require that you complete our withdrawal form to help us facilitate the proper tracking of fees.

Please note the following items from our Refund Policy:
- No refund will be issued until the Withdrawal Form has been submitted.
- 100% refund for withdrawal requests received before August 1, 2017.
- After July 31, 2017, a $25 fee plus $20 per scheduled ice time will be deducted from fees.
- No refunds will be issued after December 1, 2017.
- Stratford Rotary Hockey reserves the right to issue refunds using the same payment method that the original payment was received (ie: if you paid by credit card, the fees will be refunded to the original credit card).
