I'm registered for hockey... Now what??
Submitted By Jacques Laurin on Monday, August 26, 2019
We've had several people asking what happens now that they've registered and paid. The League Convenors and the Board of Directors have been working hard at preparing for the evaluation skate, making up teams and finalizing ice time allocations.

There will be an evaluation skate for all registered participants for all Mite through to Minor Bantam aged players (2013s to 2006s). We will use these evaluations to help us to create balanced teams. It is very important for all players to attend these session so that we can create balanced teams. Additional details can be found here: Evaluation Skate

There is a coaches meeting for all divisions from Tyke through to Minor Bantam to be held on Tuesday September 24th. The older divisions coaches will meet on September 25th and 26th. The team lists will be handed out to coaches at those meetings.

Coaches will be instructed to contact their players as soon as they can after those meetings. You should hear from your coach by Sunday September 29th at the latest. If you have not heard from your coach by then, please contact the Convenor for your division to find out who your coach is. The Convenor contact information can be found here: League Convenors

Rotary Hockey teams will take to the ice starting on Monday September 30th. Once you've been assigned a team, please refer to your team page for your specific ice schedule. Please note that ice time has been assigned on Thanksgiving weekend - so please follow the ice schedule for your team once it's posted here on the website.

Welcome to Stratford Rotary Hockey. We hope you have a great Hockey Season!

Please continue to refer to our website and Facebook page for additional information from us.
